Let's Create

Anna Goss is a mission-driven Communications and Digital Marketing Strategist with over ten years of experience helping organizations tell their stories, connect with their communities, and drive meaningful impact. With a Master’s in Media Studies from Parsons School of Design—along with a Minor in Migration Studies and a Graduate Certificate in Media Management—Anna brings a deep understanding of the intersection between media, design, and social change. She also holds a BFA in Communication Design from Parsons and Goldsmiths, University of London.

Throughout her career, Anna has worked with a range of nonprofits, B2C brands, and purpose-led organizations to craft compelling visual identities and strategic communications. Her skillset spans digital marketing, content creation, brand strategy, public relations, and media buying. She combines creative vision with technical expertise—across Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, UI/UX design, Agile workflows, SEO, email marketing, and both print and web development—to build campaigns and platforms that inspire action and engagement.

Marketing, to me, is about clarity and connection. It’s the discipline of understanding people deeply and building messages that move them — to attend, to enroll, to give, to advocate, to act.

Over the past decade, I’ve led multi-channel marketing efforts across nonprofit, education, and advocacy spaces. My work spans brand development, campaign strategy, digital advertising, email marketing, website strategy, social media management, content development, copywriting, graphic design, and analytics. I’ve built enrollment campaigns, fundraising initiatives, event promotions, and community engagement strategies that translate mission-driven work into tangible growth.

I specialize in turning complex ideas into accessible narratives; shaping messaging that feels grounded, credible, and emotionally resonant. Whether launching a program, repositioning a brand, or scaling audience engagement, I build marketing ecosystems that are cohesive, measurable, and aligned with long-term goals.

Strong communications don’t happen by accident. They require structure.

My strategy work sits at the intersection of leadership, systems thinking, and long-term planning. I’ve managed cross-functional projects, guided organizational rebrands, overseen campaign timelines, and developed strategic marketing plans tied directly to revenue and programmatic growth. I build roadmaps that align teams around shared goals and define clear, measurable outcomes.

As I pursue my Master of Public Policy, I am expanding this work from organizational strategy into policy systems. I am particularly interested in how communications, governance, and institutional design shape public outcomes. My goal is to integrate strategic communications with policy analysis, helping advocacy organizations and public institutions communicate more effectively while building durable systems for change.

Strategy, at its core, is about foresight and designing for the bigger picture.

Behind every strong brand or campaign is an invisible system.
I design and implement operational systems for communications and design teams, including content calendars, approval workflows, brand guidelines, asset libraries, messaging frameworks, and performance dashboards. I create repeatable structures that reduce friction, clarify roles, and support consistent execution.

In advocacy and policy spaces, systems thinking becomes even more critical. Sustainable impact depends on infrastructure such as clear decision-making processes, documented messaging hierarchies, stakeholder mapping, and feedback loops that allow organizations to adapt and respond effectively.

My work is grounded in the belief that creativity thrives within well-built systems. When teams have clarity and structure, they can focus on building trust, advancing ideas, and creating measurable change.
